What this site collects, and what it does not.
Edgility sells website compliance, which means this page has to hold up to the same reading we would give a client's. Written in plain language rather than borrowed from a template.
Review status. This page is drafted from how the site is built. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and the site's own privacy, consent and accessibility audit is still open. Both are required before launch. If you are reading this on a live site and this notice is still here, tell us at sales@edgilitysolutions.net, because it should have been removed.

What this site collects
Information you send us. When you submit a form on this site we receive the fields you filled in: name, business name, email address, and where the form asks for them, the software you run, a monthly card volume range and whatever you wrote in the notes. We receive nothing you did not type.
Standard server records. Our hosting provider records the requests that reach the site, including IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser user agent. These are ordinary web server logs, used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read.
What this site does not do. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels and no cross-site profiling on this site. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling. Measurement is done from the hosting provider's server-side request logs rather than from a script running in your browser, which is why you are not being asked to accept a cookie banner here.
If a third-party scheduling tool is added to the contact page, that provider may set its own cookies when the booking widget loads. This page will be updated to name the provider and describe what it sets before that goes live.
Fonts and other third parties
Typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If that matters for your organization, self-hosted fonts are the alternative and it is on our list.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes the request logs and stores form submissions described above.
Merchant statements and business data
This is the part that matters most in our line of work. Merchant processing statements are confidential. They are used only to prepare the analysis for the business that provided them, and they are not shared outside that engagement.
We deliberately do not accept statement uploads through this website. If we ask for a statement, we will tell you a secure way to send it. Do not attach one to a web form here or anywhere else.
How long we keep things
Form submissions are kept while the inquiry is active and for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable expectation of one, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider retains them. If you want your inquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California, and of other states with comparable privacy laws, have those rights under those laws. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have them under GDPR.
To exercise any of them, email sales@edgilitysolutions.net. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Accessibility
This site is built toward WCAG 2.1 level AA: keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus states, a skip link, text alternatives, and contrast checked against the palette. A company that sells accessibility compliance should be held to that standard on its own site.
If something here does not work with your assistive technology, email sales@edgilitysolutions.net with the page and what happened. It will be fixed and you will get a reply.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this page
When this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
Terms of use
The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship. Decisions about your business should be made with your own attorney, accountant and acquiring bank.
Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract, a quote, or a promise of a specific price. Processing pricing is set in a merchant agreement and partner compensation is set in a signed partner agreement.
About the figures on this site
Savings and benefit figures referenced anywhere on this site are estimates built from statements a merchant provided, and they are not guarantees. Actual results vary by volume, card mix, ticket size, seasonality and the terms of the merchant agreement.
Interchange and network fees are set by the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and change at their discretion. Edgility does not set them.
New processing is subject to underwriting approval and a merchant agreement with the acquiring or sponsor bank. Edgility Solutions is a sales organization. It is not a bank, a card network, a law firm or the merchant's processor of record.
Integrations and third-party software
Software names appearing on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the systems a payment connection may cover. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or any relationship between those companies and Edgility Solutions. Availability of any connection varies by system and by configuration and is confirmed for a specific business before it forms part of a proposal.
The Echelon relationship
Edgility Solutions is a registered company under Echelon for the settlement of payments only. Echelon provides the payment settlement and the registered relationship. That registration does not extend to Echelon's technology, software platforms or integrations, and it does not cover the other products and services Edgility offers, which are Edgility's own. The merchant processing application is provided under Echelon branding, since settlement runs through Echelon.
