About Edgility

An operator in your corner, not a vendor in your inbox.

Edgility Solutions brings small and mid-sized businesses the compliance, benefits and payments programs usually reserved for the enterprise, vetted and delivered by someone who spent 35 years inside the industry that sells them.

Who runs it

Edgility is led by an operator who spent 35 years in payments and fintech, including executive roles at top-30 United States merchant acquirers. That is the background behind every statement audit that comes out of here.

It matters for a specific reason. A merchant statement is not designed to be read by the merchant. Fees get renamed, padded, or placed next to a genuine network fee with a similar name so the two look like one thing. Knowing which is which is not a matter of running a calculator. It comes from having been on the side of the table that built the statements.

Why the company exists

Four programs that an enterprise buys without thinking are hard for an owner-led business to get on fair terms. Website compliance normally means a developer on retainer. Real employee benefits normally mean headcount the business does not have. Transparent processing means a procurement department to negotiate it. Serious AI implementation means a budget and an internal team, which is why most owner-led businesses have been sold a chatbot instead.

Edgility exists to bring all three through one relationship, sized and explained for the way owner-led businesses run, with the price stated in the open and a plain no when a program does not fit.

How we get paid, plainly

Edgility earns its compensation from the program partners, not from a fee charged to you for the analysis. The statement audit is free and carries no obligation. On payments, our markup appears as its own number on every proposal rather than being folded into a blended rate, which means you can see what we make on your business before you decide.

What Edgility is

A sales and advisory organization

Edgility Solutions LLC matches owner-led businesses to curated programs, stands them up with the program partners, and stays the single point of contact afterward.

What Edgility is not

Not a bank or a card network

Edgility is not a bank, a card network, a law firm or the merchant's processor of record. It does not set interchange or network fees, and it does not underwrite merchant accounts. Processing is subject to underwriting approval and a merchant agreement with the acquiring or sponsor bank.

The Echelon relationship

Registered for settlement only

Edgility Solutions is a registered company under Echelon for the settlement of payments only. Echelon provides the payment settlement and the registered relationship. That registration does not extend to Echelon's technology, software platforms or integrations, and it does not cover the other products and services Edgility offers, which are Edgility's own.

In practice that means one Echelon-branded document in the whole journey, the merchant processing application, because settlement runs through Echelon. Everything else carries Edgility branding.

How we work

Six commitments, and each one is checkable.

Numbers first
Every figure traces to a source. Interchange and network fees are attributed to the card networks that publish them. Where a number is an estimate, it is labeled an estimate.
The markup in the open
Interchange and network pass-through fees are billed at cost. Our margin is stated separately on the proposal rather than blended into a headline rate.
All-in before savings
The comparison of current cost to proposed cost is produced before any savings figure, on the same volume and card mix, with the same fees counted on both sides.
Curated, not pushed
Four programs, and a business that needs one gets one. There is no bundle discount for taking something you do not need.
Your data stays here
Merchant statement data is confidential, is used only to prepare your analysis, and is not shared outside the engagement.
A named person
One point of contact through setup and after go-live. Not a queue.
